Hello Matthew,

Yes, I don't know what investment vehicle to move it into next. Also, I'm concerned about tax implications. I'm open to other investing methods to add to my portfolio such as seller financing. I hope this answers your question. I'm open to suggestions and ideas.

Hello BP! My question is who should I speak to about what to do with capital gains accumulated from wholesaling? Currently the capital is sitting in the company checking account. I'm not sure that is the best place for it? Do I need a real estate investor friendly advisor? Also, I would like to  double or triple capital in the next 3 months time frame.

Thanks in Advance For Your Help

Good Evening BP,

Has anyone ever used person-to-person lending example: Prosper to fund a deal? If so, how did the whole transaction work out for you? Would you do it again?

Thanks in Advance,

Steve

I've been wholesaling for roughly a year now. I've been fortunate to build up some capital. I would like to buy my first fix and flip. I only have enough money to purchase a property between 15k-20k. Whats your thought on a joint venture with a general contractor to fix it up. Once we sell the property, we would split the profits 50/50. Is this a good method to use to invest?

Hello BP Family,

I'm thinking about paying for a service that will give me "Absentee Owner's" most recent contact information is it worth it? If so, what "People Search" service would you recommend?

Thanks In Advance,

Steve

What is the most efficient way to have a Absentee Owner sign a Purchase of Sale contract from a remote location? I know I can scan it and email it to the seller or fax it. Is there another free methods out there that I may not be aware of? Thanks in Advance for answers.
