Im upgrading a kitchen in my rental in the Southern California area. This is my first remodel and Im attempting to create a budget on the remodel.

In the Los Angeles and Orange County area what is a ballpark price for a complete remodel? Kitchen size is about 400 sq ft.

Also, can anyone recommend a company or small business for a kitchen remodel?? In the Los Angeles and/or Orange County area.

Ricardo Miranda You might want to post a link of their website or at least a yelp page, they should have one. This will help other potential flippers in the future in case they use the search feature of BP.
