I have about 55k to spend on a house in Montgomery County i know that doesnt say much ..I'm looking At The Stuff On The MLS And I Don't Like Anything. I'm hoping I can find some help here I'm trying to get something decent for my money. Any suggestions on how I can find a wholesaler or deals on a property would be appreciated.
