Hello i am looking to meet investors as well as more wholesalers in the cincinnati ohio area i am not new to real estate but far from a pro and i have some investors who are looking for good deals but i am looking for more and also looking to network with the wholesalers and see if i can bring things to do deals to help us both i am a current business owner looking to start my own portfolio small soon . Any advice or help i know about REIA i plan to start going more i have only been once.

Thanks One more question what do people think about mentor programs that you pay for how have they helped you or how have they not ?
