Purchase price: $50,500

Cash invested: $30,000

Sale price: $124,500

This was a fix and flip 3 bed 1 bath needed updating and fixed up went in put new bath new kitchen new flooring new doors and a lot more . Stayed on budget and on time .

This is in Northside this property is a up and coming area properties have been on the rise here for the last 5 years a lot of bars and night life around 

House needs rehabbed homes around area have been selling over 150,000 k

Terms can be considered with large down payment also this is a great area for rentals you can get high prices for rents 

this duplex is on a great street very close to Wyoming it is not on the market yet I will put it on market very very soon this property down stairs rents for 700 upstairs will go for about 1050 it needs about 10k in repairs this property has 2 new furnaces 3 hot water heaters updated electrical 

The bad the house needs windows so that’s going to cost . But you will make money the day you buy this place .
