Negotiate
This property is listed for $330k. It is A bank-owned prop. The market comps are pretty good for 3/1.5 with 1100 sqft homes. Comps are 380k to 420k. Prop is barely listed since 10/21. I think it looks like it will need about $30k to fix. I do want to buy this house at $280k. What should I do? How can I negotiate down the price? Thank you!
