We are constantly looking for properties in Pinellas County, Florida to fix and flip, what is the best way to get the word out there to have our names placed on seller's buyer's lists?

Be a good buyer. Provide a clear criteria of what you want, where you'll buy, what ROI you're looking for. Be able to give a definitive answer in a timely manner. Give feedback when someone sends a deal that doesn't quite fit what you want. Tell them why you think its a good deal or what it needs to be a good deal.

Bottom line: be easy to work with.  Everyone thinks they can just call a bandit sign and throw their hat in the ring of potential buyers, and that sellers will just drop good deals at their feet every time.  But everyone is looking for rehab properties right now, and especially in the Tampa Bay area they are getting real tough to find.  You need to stand out and become a competitive buyer to get competitive deals.
