I found a listing on Redfin that looks like a potential good deal.  Don't know enough about the area to make a really good call.  Can someone let me know what 2b/1b apartments are renting for around Manitou Elementary School?  I want to make a good evaluation.  Want to also know more about this area.  Are these good schools?  Is there potential for growth?
