Where to invest near Austin, TX?

I am planning to visit Austin 10/30 to 11/2 to check out some properties. Currently working on refinancing and cash out about 1-1.5 M, by November.. Looking for some apartments out of state with nice cash flow and safe neighborhood. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Any Austin local realtors?
