PROPERTY AUCTIONS! How to prepare?!
Hi BPers,
I'm planning on attending a property auction in Southern California. I have the list of properties on auction and have found some that I'd like to bid on. What else can I do to prepare for the auction? I don't have deep pockets and I'll be going up against pros with deep pockets. How can I better my odds?
Thanks in Advance!

Run a lien search and title search for each. If you can figure out if there are any outstanding liens, violations, etc, you can come up with your MAO for each... Good Luck
