I think the number one issue most people new to the game struggle with is how to obtain money to fund their deals. What avenues to take, what do they actually need to present to Hard Money companies to get their deals funded. Also which companies are actually reputable to deal with. I wrote this to see if people on here could share their thoughts on this matter.

@Rod Desinord for every new investor that succeeds there is a different way they found the money. Regarding traditional lenders and hard money lenders - go out and meet with them, and learn what they offer and what they expect from you.

Go to your local investor clubs. There are usually lenders there to talk to.

Always be networking looking for opportunities to partner or find private money.
