Realtor ethics question

To get started, I'm an investor that purchases commercial properties. In order to purchase these properties, I actively use private partners to help finance these deals.

The question is the following:

I have a 70 unit property under contract with the plans to increase to 130 within a year. I originally know that the property originally had other offers on the table. Can I request the broker to provide the contact info on them to see if they are interested in joint venturing on property?
