Hey BP,

Have several opportunities available for investors. I am looking for Private Investors to work together as either a Debt or an Equity partnership for commercial property that my group is acquiring. We have two properties UC and looking to add two more by June.

We have Debt or Equity opportunities. Total Assets are around $23 million to be repositioned into about $40 million within the next 12-24 months.

Ok so, texted the listing agent and he said that person providing the offer did not have representation.

Thanks Bill for the input. 

One comment is that this is a private sale with owner of the property being a registered agent. The property is not listed in any MLS and all advances were from private buyers. How would approach this situation?

I have private investors in place that would still do their own due diligence, however, if someone is already interested in it, why wouldn't I be able to approach them to save time.

To get started, I'm an investor that purchases commercial properties. In order to purchase these properties, I actively use private partners to help finance these deals.

The question is the following:

I have a 70 unit property under contract with the plans to increase to 175 within a year. I originally know that the property originally had other offers on the table. Can I request the broker to provide the contact info on them to see if they are interested in joint venturing on property?

I am looking to draft a LOI on a commercial multi-family property. All the templates I have found online are not as thorough as I would like it to be. I am wondering if anyone has a 2 page template for commercial LOI that have written in them some type of owner financing.
