Just a question

hello everyone,

So I put an offer in on a potential buy and hold property here in my hometown about 2 and a half weeks ago. So the seller is dragging their feet and blaming the mortgage insurer for the delay in getting me and answer. At this point I just want a yes or no so I can figure out which direction to go. Sorry if this is a stupid question but is there anyway I can put the pressure on them to get me an answer asap? Thanks in advance from a newbie!

Seth
