Any investors in the Crown Point, Indiana area?

I am from that area and living in San Diego for the last 25 years. Thinking about trying to get some rental or flip property back in that area. Could use the write-offs whenever I go back home to visit...:-)

Wondering if there are any sub 100K properties worth looking into in that area.
