Contacting Missing Unit Owners

Hello all!

There are a couple of vacant properties in my neighborhood and I looked up the owners' information online. I acquired their numbers, called but had no luck. Phones are disconnected. Does anybody have any idea how I can contact these home owners? Thanks in advance.
