purchasing a condo or multi- family
I have 2 condos and luckily it has been going good. I am interesting in investing again and I wanted to get an opinion on whether to purchase a 2 family or another condo.
I have talked to a couple of people and their recommendation is to stick with the condo since there are less repairs and headaches. I was looking at the rental agreement and it states that the outside maintenance is to be taken cared off by the tenants. How many people have able to have their tenants take care of the outside yard-work or snow removal?.
