Hello everyone, I'm in the Metro Atlanta, Georgia area. I need advice on finding licensed general contractors for fix/flip.I haven't gotten many by "word of mouth" & the ones listed online are typically booked 2-3 weeks before being able to provide an estimate. Or, they only do work in certain geographical areas. I'm seeking licensed general contractors only and it has not been successful. I'd like to find one and use the same contractor for every fix/flip. Any advice would be helpful. Thank so!
