Calling ri investors
Welcome Lusi. I am an RI landlord in Pawtucket area. It is a pretty affordable place, but you do get some less than desirable people in some of the areas of Pawtucket and most of Central Falls.
Welcome to BP and let me know if there is anything I can do to help you get started.
Welcome @Luis Capriles can say the same.
Best of luck to you!

Welcome @Luis Capriles. I own some property in the Providence area. I agree with @Kevin Andrews, make sure you really do your homework before considering any deal. I've had to deal with some pretty unique situations and I'm sure @Kevin Andrews can say the same.
Best of luck to you!
Can you share you stories please , I'm really interested n that area but wil like to meet maybe at panera to chat a little bit .
Welcome, I am a bit out of your area in Narragansett but like you I live in central MA. I find Rhode island a good state to be invested in. Its close enough to check things out personally so you can act more quickly. I liked dealing with local banks, trades people are available and you can get people to do good work.
It does have a few things like the out of state landlord registration that you need to be aware of if you buy and hold but its not much trouble and there is fair amount of potential. As it is such a small state always be aware of who knows who.
I wish you luck in your searches.
My partner and I have rentals throughout the state and we may be a resource for anyone interested in this market. We are based out of Providence, and we have a full staff on hand.
