Hello investors!
Doing a little searching to find out who else here on BP is in the St. Louis market. I moved down here early this spring for the sole purpose of investing. I am 21 and recently received my real estate license. My main goal for moving down here was to start flipping houses and keep acquiring rental property. I am up to 4 units and hope to buy 3 more by the end of the year.
LET ME HELP YOU OUT! I am doing this full time. But it doesn't keep me busy 24/7. I would be more than willing to drive for dollars, stick out bandit signs, or whatever else you can think of.
