hi all my name is luis im a newbie trying to do my first flip in lynn ma 01902. is a single family home in need of complete rehab, i have the money to do the rehab but im gonna need the money to purchase the real estate. can anyone recommenced me a good hard money lender in my area ? any help would be appreciated.
