Side by side or top/bottom for rehab?

Property will be listed for 105k. We did all new SS appliances. Would you rather have a side by side that's got a scratch. Or Top/Bottom that's brand new? I'm thinking I'd prefer the side by side even though there is a scratch. Same cost.
