Has anyone invested in Class B+/A condos? 2 beds rents around 1000-1200 with purchase price of around 80K.  VERY desirable area of Indianapolis.

Just a few numbers as to not bore anyone!

 Cap Rate 8.5%

Cash on Cash Return: 16.9%

Cash flow about 2700 annually
