I Think I Found One
I found a FSBO house in the upper class neighborhood 5,400 sqft 4 bed 3 bath, been trying to sell since may
The neighborhood houses range from 450 - 550
He is selling 400, he has pics, it looks out dated
Have not analyze yet or did a walk through
If this is a great deal and if I can talk the price down after my walk through or work out a deal with the home owner. Where do I find the cash or a partner. My problem like most is I'm tapped out, should I just pass on it. Can't wholesale yet need my license.
Thanks for any advice.
