Find Motivated Seller Now By Kent Clothier

Hello Members,

I am a wanna be real estate investor in Tennessee state. I am looking at purchasing FMSN by Kent Clothier. My concern is Memphis Invest- owned by Kents family are big in Tennessee using FMSN system. They would have used this system left and right and got lot of good deals in TN using this system.

Would I be correct in saying that I will end up not finding even one motivated seller using this system in Memphis as I am a small fish fighting against big fish using the same system in same state?

ANy comments or feedback is much appreciated.

Regards,

Sri
