What are all the employees that a hotel would need?

Let's say you have a 100 room hotel. What is everything you would need?

You would need someone to be at the front desk (collect rent, give keys, call the law if necessary, handle complaints, etc.), you would need cleaning people, and I think you would hire maintenance people as it happened, rather than keep someone on the clock when there is no work to be done. Am I missing anything? The cleaning people would clean the pool as well.
