 Miami real estate prices ran up a lot the last two years and prices now coming down a little so I'm wondering as a newbie is it good time to get into the wholesale market to try and generate some deal for myself or deals sold to investors.

@J Campbell

Fellow South Florida Wholesaler here

Your right, prices have gone up in the last 2 years, However whether the prices are up or down, its always a good time to start wholesaling. I personally can't think of a bad time to wholesale, lol

Best of luck to you!
