I buy thru my LLC .I hate dealing with banks and usually use cash for transactions I have been looking at some of the profolio lenders and hate having to create title with their llc. Why cant I create my own note for my LLC ,season it, then sell it as a performing note? I realize I would need to show individual credit but it would have at least 70% ltv. What are some of the ways this has been done? What are the advantages and disadvantages using this strategy ?
