Talking with lawyers and setting up deals

Hey everyone! I have a question. I'm thinking about contacting as many well-known lawyers as I can and setting up a deal with them. Like I'll pay them 30% of the profit I make wholesaling a property if they refer clients to me (basically just hand my card to their clients). These would be well known lawyers in probates and things like that. Do you think it's a good idea? Best regards, Dhillon Singh Swift Oakmont Real Estate
