Vacant homes

I have a few vacant home I'm looking into, and found that the owners moved out of state.. How could I get that home under contract and sold??

No, sellers don't have to come back to the state.  Documents will need to be notarized, and can be FEDEX back and forth.

I personally settled a property this year when I was 1,000+ miles away on vacation.  Had settlement company FedEx docs to me on vacation, then I went to a random bank that had a notary signed the docs and Fedexed them back to settlement company.
