Does direct mail work for A-Class property owners?
Hey fellow BP'ers!
I'm considering a direct-mail marketing campaign as as a way to find motivated/relatively unmotivated sellers to think about selling their home to me in specific subdivisions. My question is does this tactic work for people that aren't necessarily in financial distress or hard times so to speak? I'm not looking to wholesale or flip, just turned off at the current inventory/overinflated home prices as my own personal residence. I'm in the Charlotte, North Carolina area, and new build may not necessarily be an option given our time frame...
Any advice or success stories from others that have gone down this path? Thanks in advance!
