I have a friend who property is in foreclosure and has a auction date to be auctioned off now and he came to me looking for help and in coming to the community for help I suggested maybe if one of my colleagues give him a about 15k renovate the home and they resell it for profit he gets 15k to relocated and the investor gets a deal is that possible
