Looking to Flip our next property in Philadelphia, Pa. Where should we be looking to find deals?

Just finished our first flip which we purchased from Philadelphia sheriff tax sale, which was a year process. We are ready to take on the next project, but we are not sure which avenue to take to look for the next deal. Should we be making offers on MLS properties, mortgage sale is an option, should we be sending out yellow letters to try and get some responses? Would appreciate any feedback thanks!
