Hey everyone my girlfriend I are moving to San Diego in about a month for about 3 months, and are looking for a possible short term housing solution. She's a traveling nurse and we receive housing, but we're hoping to choose our own location. So if anyone one has any properties preferably apt/condo they would be willing to rent/ lease for a short term please let me know! Or if you know someone as well. Thank You!

Just finished our first flip which we purchased from Philadelphia sheriff tax sale, which was a year process. We are ready to take on the next project, but we are not sure which avenue to take to look for the next deal. Should we be making offers on MLS properties, mortgage sale is an option, should we be sending out yellow letters to try and get some responses? Would appreciate any feedback thanks!
