The market is so hot in this area. Houses are going for thousands over asking and cash buyers are being selected over folks with pre-approved loans. (Which makes sense because the houses won't appraise) Experienced brokers/realtors in this area , when do you see a non-cash buyer being able to purchase in this area? Any suggestions on how to purchase a home to live in (not a rental) in this area?
