Lead Paint Exterior in New Jersey
Hey all,
I am interested in a foreclosure in New Jersey but did one of those 3M lead paint tests and found out the whole exterior is lead based paint. The exterior is old wood that I was planning on replacing with vinyl. Will the lead paint add a lot in the removal and disposal of the old siding? I am sure there will be cutting and dust involved with the removal, will i need to have the entire house tented? The paint is chipping all over the house so i don't think it is something I could just paint over
Any experience or info would be greatly appreciated!
