Subject to Contracr

I'm trying to do a subject to contract but I'm a little confused on how to do it. There is a house pending foreclosure. I was going to reach out to the person to make an agreement to catch up on their payments and take over there monthly payment. My goal is to sell the house to make a good profit. Any ideas? Have anyone did a subject to contract?
