Hello BP, I'm a new investor in Wa. I've only recently began to get involved in REI and I'd like to start by wholesaling properties with the goal of building a portfolio of cash investors and building Capitol to move into fix n flips. My question to start is: should I just go out and start making offers and getting SFR under contract and begin marketing them or should I connect with a few cash buyers and take orders so to speak? Go out and find what they want specifically? Thanks BP...
