Texas Contract Question

I have a deal that I have lined up to wholesale.  It's adjoining townhouses owned by 1 person so they have their own address but being old together. 

Would I be able to use one TREC contract for both properties or two separate?

Or could I use an addendum to add the 2nd property? 

Any help is greatly appreciated!
