Multifamily in Chicago?
I am looking for network with people and find great Multi Family properties. I have been fix & flipping SFR for awhile now however need some guidance finding the MF deals. Please let me know where I can my start. Any suggestions is much appreciated.

Don't know much about the Chicage arena, however, there was an excellent podcast with a guy from Chicago. One of the best resources he mentioned there was a company called CIC Chicago that specializes in MF financing.
I forget which podcast number it was. Maybe one of the vets can help.
