A close friend of mine is about to lose her condo. I would love to find out if there are any investors or wholesalers in the area who are looking for condo's in Southfield, MI.

Comps 

2/2 bath 2,000 sq. newer roof, remodeled kitchen 2015. Listed for 59k, but at this point willing to take a lot less. Homes in the area are selling for 60-96K.
