hello, we are looking for day laborers in southeastern Mi. Anyone have any leads or direction to find people with experience looking for work?

When I say find deals...I mean ugly houses. Or I find out somebody's aunt just passed away and they have no idea what to do with her house. I see a lot of opportunities to find out if there is a deal. Never completed a contract. I have sent a few yellow letters (next door to a property that we recently purchased)

I am new to the site as well....but I want to learn. I want to make money as well, but I would rather learn from someone who is a seasoned wholesaler in Michigan. How long have you wholesale? I see deals all the time and I know how to find out who the owner is but I do not have a buyers list besides myself. My husband buy real estate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am new to BP. Brief intro, my husband and I are investors in Michigan. He is a licensed contractor/ builder and we specialize in rentals. We have a few free and clears and looking for funding to increase our portfolio. We are planning to purchase at least three more single family homes this year for rentals and to flip.  We also desire to get into the wholesaling market. Excited to learn and provide feedback from our experience.
