Good afternoon all. I am contemplating purchasing a 6 unit in Hartford and wanted to know if any property managers in the area are on this site. Be advised I haven't seen the property yet and can't make it there until next week but I want to start establishing relationships in case the purchase is a go. Thank you.

@Eduardo Demming next time you can search the address on Trulia to get the number of crimes in the area recently. 

I don't buy anything that's not in the "Green" areas.
