Best part of Bakersfield to buy in
Hello, looking to purchase a good rental buy and hold in Bakersfield, CA. Looking for advice on best neighborhoods in the different parts of town.

What area is "best" depends on your goals and your skill set. I have worked with guys that buy apartments in "C" neighborhoods which are good for cash flow. I have also worked with investors which have bought in "B+" areas which don't cash flow but are much easier to find good tenants. Both have different expectations, desires and timelines.
