Contingency Advice.. Personal

OK, So this is more of just ... looking for advice.  I am in the process of  buying another home for my family.  We have found a home we like and made an offer. The offer was contingent on selling our current home. Everything was going as planned, the seller was planning on building ( already had the lot  picked and house plan approved and ready) In the mean time they have found a very simialr house already built and in the same neighborhood. The want to make an offer on it and not have to wait for their house to be built...  So now they want to remove my home sell contingency. ( the contract has not been finalized, we are/were still working out details).

Any adice of Counters, Options around this, creative ways to make this a win win.

The reason I have a problem with removal of the contingency is i also have a flip house for sale. I do not believe I can support 3 houses..  I need something to sell
