Does anyone have any recommendations of experienced Tax Professionals related to Real Estate investing in the Phenix City AL/Columbus Ga Area.  Looking for someone who could not only review to make sure we are missing any potential savings but also provide advice for tax planning.

Just a question.. to see opinions and strategies.

If you were  wanting to re-invest profits from Flip houses into Buy an Hold Rentals..

Would you....

Save profits from flips to purchase rental properties outright with plans to pull equity to reinvest in Flips.

Or use profits from Flips to place money down on multiple rentals.

Each has its Pro's and Con's.  Just curious of what has worked best for others.

Thanks J Scott.. Yes,  I meant Profits...  Had commissions on my mind.  We both have our strengths so I feel all profits should be split equally.

Everyone has their opinion of partnerships.. good or bad. My question is.. If you are going to enter into a partnership with a friend. (I have 1 flip under my belt and my friend has several.) How are you handling commission splits? Did I mention my friend is an agent?

suggestions, experiences, Should of could of would of's... We will have everything figured out up front.. just want to make sure we cover everything.

We are not currently forming and LLC together.. just doing a few flips
