Hello BP! - My parents are looking to move closer to me so they can see the grandkids more often, but they need to sell two rental properties that they own before they can make the move. Both homes are in Munhall, PA, which is right outside the Pittsburgh city limits, and are currently being rented.

Does anyone know of any investors in the area or property managent companies that might be able to help?
