I am wanting to learn about whole selling real estate. I would like to find someone that is willing to maybe sit on the phone or google chat for 30 minutes an hour and talk about the process of whole selling real estate. **The one question I have today is. When talking with a seller that is in pre-foreclosure do you have to offer what the person is in debt to the bank or do you make the deal with the bank?
