What are your best ideas that you have effectively used to sell a house fast?

Hey guys, my partners and I are in a bit of a pickle. We had not 1 but 2 deals fall through on us due to financing. So now I have just put 2 houses back on the MLS, but rather than just wait to another agent to bring me a buyer or do our usual marketing( we do a lot of social media) I wanted to see what everyone else is doing to sell their houses fast.
