Hi - 

I am looking to purchase a 2-family in the Boston area. More specifically; West Roxbury, Brookline, Newton, Arlington, Sommerville.

I am a qualified buyer and looking to close in the summer time-frame. I would be an owner occupant of 1 half of the home. If you are selling or have recommendations, that would be great!
